Kohlrabi-Spinat Risotto by sonja
I worked from home today and seized the flexible time table to cook myself a lovely tasty kohlrabi-spinach risotto with pumpkin seeds. As I was working I used lemon water instead of white wine and as I did have any butter I used olive oil. Delicious! I’m quite proud. And I believe it’s quite healthy as well. Except maybe for the big chunks of cheese.
