It is Carnival tonight and 28 groups from Schruns and nearby gave it all. Later they played music in front of the mayor and later partied the night away.

Preparing
I’m packing as I’m going on holidays. Can you guess where? Ahhh, I’m so excited. From tomorrow on it’s going to be one week of wuop wuop food booze and seeing old friends. Can’t wait.
Storm Doris
Hi, it’s the L-Hasi. Storm Doris is here. It’s very windy and wet and dark. Or as the lovely BBC puts it: “it’s quite breezy”. So no cycling to work today, I’m using the Tube instead. And on my way to it I saw the first bloom of the year. No idea what they are – I’m a terrible Stadtkind – but I love them. Spring is nigh.

Mein Kaffee in der Österreich Tasse hatte heute morgen einen kleinen schneebedeckten Berg. Sieht aus wie meine geliebte Silvretta im Montafon, Vorarlberg. Nicht mehr lange und wir wedeln wieder die Pisten runter.
Not Pancake Tuesday
Hi, it’s the L-Hasi. I’ve got a new addition to my beautifully organised kitchen. My lovely pink pan. I not only bought it because of the colour but because it has a pancake recipe printed on the bottom. Specially handy for Pancake Tuesday next week. Food and typography. How much better can it get.
