Thanks Papi, Mami and Hasi for my great birthday present. A cooking class at the Kockhaus Schöneberg. We were a group of 13 and lovely Martha (in charge of drinks) and the Jörg Thiele who showed us how to prepare
- smoked duck with home made chutney, salad and chili mayonnaise. I put a bit too much garlic in the mayonnaise, might be my Spanish part.
- Fish with sauerkraut and potato-salad mash
- Christmas parfait with mulled wine sauce and crispy rolls.
Very fun and omnomnomnomnom. I had such a brilliant time. Know now what I will ask Father Christmas to bring me this year. :)
