We finished work and and seized the golden hour (when the light turns golden) to go to Larcomar and enjoy a wonderful sunset. No Filters. We even had some sundowners. Jey!

Keine Filter. Haben sogar ein paar Sundowners genossen. Juchz!

It seems a music performance ( might have been watching too much X Factor lately) but this stylish fellow is our technical director orchestrating the distribution of the boxes. And no, he is not dancing. But working.

So we are back in Lima to dismantle the exhibition. It is summer here (jey!) and it is a nice atmosphere. Everyone is being nice and I won’t complain about the heat.

Hello, it’s the L-Hasi again.

During a big new year’s tidy-up in the office my colleagues and I rediscovered a big box filed with these little fellas.

A couple of years ago (2011) they had been part of an Installation/Interventation by Lawrene Epps. Lots of little clay men (6.000) had been dotted around Londonand there is a bit more information about it here. We picked some up back then, and had them displayed in the office for a little while. Then they wandered into said box (not literally) and were put away into storage.

We’re now putting them back into the world, one by one, so they can continue their journey. I’ll check tomorrow if they are still there.  Who knows, maybe someone else has picked one up and will put it somewhere new and the cycle can continue.
