It’s still me, the L-Hasi.

Summer is over, the nights are drawing closer. Today I’ve been pottering around the flat, met some friends for a chilled lunch and spotted this on my way home.

I love the Tube’s history; the roundel is one of my favourite pieces of design. I think the slight distortion in the glow adds a very interesting layer to this. I like that even if you couldn’t see the actual roundel, you could still make it out from the reflection. It’s timeless (it first appeared in its current state in 1917), it’s so well-known and instantly recognizable that you don’t need to see it to realize it’s there. Design at its very best. Of course, all thanks to Mr Edward Johnston. Ta!

Hello, it’s the L-Hasi. The B-Hasi is busy getting ready for an important thing so I’m helping out.

Same as on the other side of the channel in Berlin, London has been turning beautifully autumnal. Look at the red leaves growing their way up on the facade.

The building at the back is St Michael’s Church, built in 1865. It is now used as offices. The adjoining park is perfect for popping out for a quick bite to eat with my friends at lunchtime. We enjoyed the beautiful setting and the tranquility in the mids of a bustling city.

So, we have moved with the office and the new view is actually quite impressive. Even more when no colour filter was used for this pic. Autumn in Berlin is just very colourful and amazing. Something good has to come after summer.

I don’t if it is just me, but I think autumn this year is specially colourful and red. Even the sky with the rainbow is red.

Seen at Engelsbecken, Berlin – October 2014

There is something very nice about autumn, specially if the sun comes out and you can take long walks around the city and explore the different shades of red. And sometime you find sweet little fellows who greet you on your way.

Seen in Welserstraße, Berlin – October 2014
