Berlin Conference 2012 – Berliner Konferenz 2012
Today I spent the whole day at the Berlin Conference at the Deutsche Telekom in Berlin. The Berlin Conference focuses on important topics about the future of Europe and the sustainability of European integration. It takes into account the culture core of Europe as well as the living conditions of Europe’s citizens in the light of climate change and antidemocratic tendencies in some European countries. The partner cities and organisation of “A Soul for Europe” were involved.

Heute war ich den ganzen Tag auf der Berlin Konferenz in der Hauptstadtrepräsentanz der Deutschen Telekom AG in Berlin. Die Berliner Konferenz 2012 konzentriert sich auf wichtige Themen für die Zukunft Europas und die Nachhaltigkeit der europäischen Integration. Dazu gehören neben dem kulturellen Kern Europas die Debatte über die Lebensbedingungen der Europäer angesichts der wachsenden Gefahren des Klimawandels und der antidemokratischen Tendenzen in einigen europäischen Ländern. Die Partnerstädte und -organisationen der Initiative “A Soul for Europe“ wurden in die Konferenz involviert.
